Recruiting by the Numbers

Understanding how recruiting works helps guide your job search.  For example, companies report that the best sources of applicants are candidates who apply at career websites, while the worst source are candidates uploaded from prior databases.  So make sure you apply at career websites even if you might already be in a prior database!!
